A $200 deposit and a signed contract are required to secure a date. (A $500 deposit is required for Saturday night events)
Payment is due the day of the event. If a valid credit card has been submitted, payment will be due 14 days post-event.
Cancellation less than 60 days prior to the booked event will result in loss of deposit. Deposits are non-refundable for all Saturday events. Cancellation less than 7 days prior will result in NBH charging the renting party for the cost of food and beverage ordered for the event and loss of deposit.
All food & beverage purchases are subject to 5.1% tax and 18% gratuity.
The food and beverage minimum applies to all pre-ordered food and beverages only. Room rental, other rentals, tax and gratuity do not apply to the minimum purchase requirement. Events that do not meet the food and beverage minimum will be charged for any deficiency along with applicable tax and gratuity.
Food and beverage prices are subject to change. All prices will be guaranteed 60 days prior to event.
Damage to or removal of NBH property or supplies may result in loss of deposit and replacement or repair charges. This includes, but is not limited to, building structure, furniture, dance floor, and table mirrors.
Decorations may not include glitter or confetti smaller than a nickel. Candles are permissible but must be in appropriate containers and locations approved by NBH staff. Adhesives or hardware that may damage walls or fixtures are prohibited.
Food and beverages not supplied by NBH are strictly prohibited. Any unapproved carry-ins will be confiscated and returned after the event.
All guests must be able to provide valid proof of age for alcoholic beverage service. NBH requires all guests to be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol at NBH.
NBH reserves the right to refuse or discontinue alcoholic beverage service to any patron at any time.
The final number of guests must be submitted:
Before noon on the Wednesday before a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday event.
Before noon on the Monday before a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday event.
The final number given at that time will be the final number billed and can not be reduced. In the event that additional guests show up, NBH will try to accomodate the guests, but can not guarantee the same menu for those guests.
Coded place cards or nametags must be submitted in advance for all plated dinners offering more than one entree. A minimum of 15 plates will be required for each entree.
When applicable, seating charts and name cards must be submitted 24 hours prior to the event. Name cards should be alphabetized. Name cards or seating charts should also identify children’s meals or specialty plates (vegetarian or allergies) that have been submitted at the time of the final guest count. Table numbers and name cards must be provided by the renting party.
To keep in accordance with Wisconsin Health Code and for the health and safety of all our guests, left over food may not be taken off premises. Alcoholic beverages may not be taken off premises.
All outside vendors may contact the Food & Beverage Director for appropriate delivery times.
For groups of 80 or less, NBH reserves the right to reassign banquet rooms bases on attendance.
Event arrival and departure times will be determined at the time of booking. Changes to these times will be honored when possible, up to 14 days before the event. For events ending at midnight, last call will be given at 11:40pm.
NBH is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property.
